Cathy Fairall was tireless in finding us the perfect tenant, she went above and beyond our expectations in investigating the suitability of tenants. We were constantly kept in the loop with any problems that arose with the rental property, and they were extremely helpful in providing tradesmen to rectify any maintenance problems that arose.

When we decided to sell our property, Cathy was on the ball and quick to bring prospective buyers through for inspections. It only took a few weeks and our property was sold.
